Kinetics AUT Millennium is based at the National Olympic Training Centre and home of High Performance Sport. We have access to full on-site gym facilities, a rehab gym, swimming pools, indoor/outdoor running tracks and more. You don’t have to be an Olympic athlete to see one of our great team as we cater to all ages, stages and walks of life! In addition to our core services we also provide Shockwave Therapy, Game Ready ice/compression and also the use of VALD Force Plate testing.  The Kinetics Return to Sport testing is also done here.  In addition to this there are consultant podiatrists and a musculoskeletal pain specialist that work out of our rooms.

Kinetics AUT Millennium provides all of the facilities, tools and expertise for accident, injury and surgical rehabilitation. We collaborate with the huge network of orthopaedic surgeons, specialist imaging services, general practitioners (GP’s) and sports physicians based here. As part of our client management, we are able to refer for extensive biomechanical, strength and cardiovascular testing at The Sports Performance clinic, Human Potential Centre and Athlete Development Academy who are all based at AUT Millennium. Our staff are also actively involved in research alongside SPRINZ (Sport Research Institute NZ) and AUT University.
