Sophie graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation, majoring in Sports & Exercise Science. After two years of working in Personal Training, she returned to study and completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. Since then she has also gone on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Science. In 2026 Sophie was promoted to a senior physiotherapist role and is now also a member of the Senior Leadership Team that helps support staff across both clinic locations. Sophie has previously worked with North Harbour Rugby and is currently working with North Shore Premier rugby team.

Sophie is passionate about gym based rehab. She incorporates strength training into not just injury management but also injury prevention and improving biomechanical problems.

Sophie enjoys the journey of building relationships with patients and helping them achieve all their goals however big or small they may be.
