The connection between Kinetics and the NZ Breakers spans over a decade, so it “just feels right” that we have formally rekindled our relationship with the only kiwi team in the ANBL for the 2025-26 season.
Principal physio David previously worked alongside the NZ Breakers from 2014-17, including the NBL Championship winning team in 2014. Meanwhile Rob Knight has previously worked alongside the NZ Breakers as an independent contractor over the past two seasons.
This season many of the previous ownership group are back in what has signaled a return to the culture and organization that was so successful in the past. A people-first approach has long been a key mantra at Kinetics, so we are proud to align ourselves with the NZ Breakers once again.
Rob has returned as lead physio, this time under the Kinetics umbrella. He will be supported by David, and our other clinical staff across both clinics to ensure service provision for rostered and development players. Our admin team will support the NZ Breakers behind the scenes to ensure a well-rounded health and wellbeing service is provided.
We look forward to connecting with the BNZ New Zealand Breakers once again!
