Lisa completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Auckland University of Technology (AUT) after several years of teaching yoga and Pilates in both New Zealand and internationally. Through this experience, she developed strong skills in coaching movement and discovered a passion for working with individuals to help them achieve their goals and improve their physical wellbeing.

Lisa enjoys treating individuals with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and integrates her movement-based background into the assessment and care of her clients. She continues to develop her clinical skills, having completed the PAANZ Dry Needling course in 2025, and has a keen interest in pursuing further study in pelvic physiotherapy.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys making the most of the outdoors through hiking and surfing with friends, as well as engaging in creative hobbies such as sewing, knitting, and pottery.
