Emily recently completed her Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy at AUT after 10 years in the health and fitness industry. She has extensive experience in exercise prescription with post graduate qualifications in sport and exercise in the athletic and clinical populations.
Emily has worked with a diverse range of populations including football teams, head and spinal injuries and chronic health conditions. Always keen to learn more, she has developed an interest in women’s health, specifically pre and postnatal, and helping maintain function and return to exercise during and after pregnancy.
Emily is passionate about helping patients stay active, achieve their goals and to return to what is meaningful and enjoyable.
Emily loves to keep fit through weight training, cycling and running around at the beach after her three young kids (including twin toddlers!!).
