TJ graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy and joined the team at Kinetics in early 2023. He is highly passionate about sports medicine, strength & conditioning, exercise-based rehabilitation, and injury prevention with performance enhancement. He has previously worked with Auckland United Football Club for over 2 years since 2020 and is currently working with North Shore Rugby Football Club U-21 team.

TJ was born and raised in South Korea, speaks native Korean and now lives on North Shore with his wife and son. TJ has trained Taekwondo and played football in his younger age and is now more passionate about helping people get back to their functional goals.
