Sophie graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation majoring in Sports & Exercise Science. After two years of working in Personal Training she returned to complete a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. Sophie has previously worked with North Harbour Rugby and is currently working with North Shore Premier rugby team.

Sophie is passionate about gym based rehab. She incorporates strength training into not just injury management but also injury prevention and improving biomechanical problems.

Sophie enjoys the journey of building relationships with patients and helping them achieve all their goals however big or small they may be.
