Bailey recently graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy, having maintained a strong interest in the field throughout his schooling. His passion for private practice physiotherapy remained consistent during his studies, and after completing student placements in neurological paediatrics, acute surgery, and with Kinetics at AUT Millennium, he chose to pursue this passion full-time. In early 2025, Bailey secured a position with Kinetics on the Coast.

He is committed to working collaboratively with patients to help them achieve their goals, return to their life roles, and establish a strong foundation for long-term health and well-being.

Outside of work, Bailey enjoys playing, watching, or talking football, as well as spending time outdoors with friends and family.
