Sophia is an enthusiastic and bubbly Coastie who has been a member of the kinetics team since graduating. She is a big advocate for exercise and movement contributing to overall health and wellbeing. Sophia is a strong advocate for adopting a holistic and current evidence based approach when working with clients to ensure they are able to return to the activities they love, no matter the end goal.
You will find Sophia working at Northern Arena gym in the early hours of the morning and evening teaching a variety of Les Mills and functional classes. From this, she has developed a passion for integrating exercise therapy into client management.
Outside of work, Sophia enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and getting outside. She is currently learning to surf, spends a lot of time at the beach, and makes a mean caramel slice!
